Robin EY15D / EY20D petrol vibrator engines
Robin petrol engines are among the most common compact power units on construction sites. Commonly known in the trade as vibrator engines, they mainly drive concrete vibrator shafts and can also power pumps and other construction machinery, making them suitable for sites without electricity.
The EY15D has a displacement of 143 cc, with continuous output from 2.2 HP (3000 rpm) to 2.7 HP (3600 rpm) and a maximum of 3.5 HP. The EY20D has higher output, delivering 3.0 to 3.5 HP continuously and up to 5.0 HP, with higher torque for longer or larger-diameter concrete vibrator shafts. Both use an air-cooled, vertical single-cylinder, four-stroke design with simple construction and easy maintenance.
