EXEN HV45ZB concrete vibrator shaft (6 m)
The EXEN HV45ZB is a flexible-shaft concrete vibrator used with a power unit. A single rotating shaft inside the head generates 3 to 4 strong impacts per revolution at 158 to 203 Hz. Its high performance makes it particularly suitable for stiff concrete and large-volume pours.
The shaft runs at about one-third the speed of a conventional concrete vibrator shaft, reducing wear on the shaft and bore for a longer service life. Special self-aligning bearings between the flexible shaft and vibrating shaft ensure steady vibration. Choose a petrol vibrator engine or electric motor: use an electric motor where power is available, or an engine on sites without electricity. The engine can also be shared with submersible pumps using the same type of power unit.
The flexible shaft connects to and disconnects from the power unit using the same action, with no tools required. Overall length is approx. 6.6 metres and weight is 16.1 kg. Compatible with Robin petrol engines; contact the shop for engine stock and repairs.
